BikeLive #12 – #GoNicky

This week’s #BikeLive isn’t the show we had planned but given the circumstances at the moment, we didn’t feel it was correct to record a normal show.

For those that aren’t aware, Nicky Hayden was involved in a training accident while cycling in Italy this week. He suffered a severe polytrauma resulting in severe brain damage and is currently fighting for his life.

Instead of reviewing #ItalianWorldSBK and the double victory from Chaz Davies, we have decided to replace our planned show with the interview we conducted with Nicky in May 2016. Nicky was an absolute class act as he talked to us about his WorldSBK campaign, his MotoGP title success and growing up in a racing family.

We will return to normal service for Episode 13 next week but for now, all of our thoughts are with Nicky Hayden and his family. #GoNicky
