BikeLive #2 – Rea Turns 40

Some say, life begins at 40. Others say Jonathan Rea owns our souls. They’re both right.

In this episode of #BikeLive, Louis Suddaby and Andre Harrison review an action packed season opener in World Superbikes with three fantastic Philip Island races. Even if Jonny still doubled up! It also includes the rise of Alex Lowes, Marco Melandri’s surprising show of speed (Well, not surprising according to Dre), and mentioning just how badly Honda and Aprilla shit the collective bed.

Also, a World Supersport race split by 0.001 of a second, won by Robbie Rolfo. Yes, THAT Robbie Rolfo. Feel old yet?

We also cover some early ground in MotoGP testing, and talk about Dorna’s new British Talent Cup, designed to find the best British Isles talent in Moto3, spearheaded by John “Last Chance Saloon” McPhee. Spoiler: We’re not so sure this one’s a winner.

Enjoy the show, maybe next time we’ll manage to fish Rebecca out of that damn pub!
