Jack and Tony open the show talking news, views and gossip from the world of rally. The boys are then joined by WRC2 regular and the man currently leading the MSA British Rally Championship Fredrik Ahlin. Fredrik tells the boys about his great relationship with his team boss Martin Wilkinson of CA1 Sport, what the BRC means to him, his family history in all forms of motorsport and his mental preparation for events and testing.
To finish this weeks show Ryan Champion finally turns up for 10 minutes to tell us all about the events over on Barbados and how running order has been decided on the main event this coming week.

Last night’s Motor Sport Hall of Fame kicked off with a panel discussion on motor sport’s great rivalries.
Hosted by TV presenter Jennie Gow the stars included five-time Le Mans winner Derek Bell, nine-time Le Mans winner Tom Kristensen, two-time Le Mans class winner Darren Turner, former Formula 1 driver and team owner Jackie Oliver, Motor Sport writer and former Isle of Man TT winner Mat Oxley and editor Damien Smith.
