Episode #174: Generations (The 2018 Motorsport101 Awards)

For the first time in Motorsport101 history, all 4 staple hosts under the same roof, as Adam Johnson comes back to host the Motorsport101 awards with RJ O’Connell, Ryan King and Andre Harrison!

In this special 2 hour edition, we hand out awards for the very best and worst in Motorsport in the year of our lord 2018. Including the series of the year, a hot fight between Charles Leclerc and Robert Wickens for Rookie of the Year, and can we find a way to NOT give Driver of the Year to Lewis Hamilton?! We struggle.

Oh, and be sure to listen all the way to the end for our blooper reel for 2018, as we left a LOT on the cutting room floor, trust me. Have a lovely Christmas, and we’ll see you in 2019!

December 21, 2018 Ep.125 – Bobby Unser, Pt. 2

Ep.125 – Bobby Unser, Pt. 2

UNCLE BOBBY!!!  Chances are if you’re a fan of our show, you probably know Bobby Unser, does he really need a description? Three-time Indy 500 winner, 17 Pikes Peak wins, and a post-driving career that included being one of the lead commentators during IndyCar’s heyday. IT’S UNCLE BOBBY!!! This episode may not be appropriate for young ears. Dinner was served at Pappadeaux’s in Albuquerque, NM with the music of Butterscotch Stanley taking us out. Thanks to Continental Tire for all of their support, and Acura for providing a great car.
